Welcome to the dojo —
whether you're stepping onto the tatami
for the very first time,
an active karateka,
or returning after a break.
You don't need any prior experience or special gear for your first session. We build the basics at your own pace. Set your goals, and we'll help you reach them.
Gi and belt still waiting in the closet?

Shotokan karate combines technique, body control, focus and continuous improvement. Training develops step by step — session after session, year after year.
Basic techniques, movement and body control — the foundation of it all.
Prearranged sequences that bring technique and movement together.
Partner training: timing, distance and applying technique.
Unpacking kata techniques and applying them in practice.
Set your goal. We'll help you grow and get there.
Your goal might be your first belt grading, better fitness, technical progress, competing, or long-term development — the journey matters as much as the destination.
Belt gradings are held twice a year. Black belt isn't the end of the journey — it's the point where the real depth begins.
You don't need any prior experience or special gear — not even if you've trained somewhere else before.
Come in regular sportswear — a t-shirt and stretchy trousers are enough.
There's plenty of time to get a gi once you've settled into training.
Trained before? Tell the instructor about your background at the start of the session.
The price includes the belt grading. Insurance is not included.
